Most relaxing. All prep work completed on Christmas Eve. Mushroom soup; roast chicken, spuds and pumpkin; spinach, with chocolate pudding to finish off. Yum!!

Went for a drive yesterday arvo to check out whether the Valley of Temples in Agrigento would be worthwhile visiting: it is!!! It requires a full day of focussed tripod photography. We can’t wait!!!!
