This trip is one that takes us in search of family history for my father’s side: not an easy task. Entering the graveyard, it was to find it overgrown and headstones few and far between. At the conclusion of WWII, the Germans had been forced to move out of Poland, Polish citizens moved in and the cemetery abandoned. Sadly, no information was gleaned, but just finding ourselves in the township from which this Maternal ancestor came was worth the effort.
