5 cups oats

1 cup quinoa puffs

½ cup millet seeds

½ cup linseeds

1 packet pine nuts

½ cup dried cranberries

1 packet dried cherries

1 packet dried blueberries

¼ cup dried dates (chopped)

½ cup dried pineapple (chopped)

½ cup dried pineapple (chopped)

½ cup dried apricots (chopped)

 

¼ – ½ cup olive oil

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup honey

 

  • Combine all dry ingredients
  • Add oil and stir in well.
  • Place in pot on low heat (I use scan pan ceramic casserole pan) with lid on to build up the heat. Stir regularly.
  • Once the dry ingredients are heated through, combine the honey and maple syrup in a small saucepan and place on a low heat until well dissolved.
  • Add honey and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Keeping on a low heat, continue stirring regularly until the ingredients begin to brown.
