2 cups milk
½ cup plain flour
½ cup SR Flour
- Beat egg and salt.
- Gradually add flour and milk. Mix well.
- Heat pan and add margarine. Once the margarine has melted, it is time to add a portion of the mix (to the size pancake you desire).
- Cook until the mix has dried on top. Turn and cook until brown.
- Serve with topping of your choice
