• 500 grams different varieties of mushrooms, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon chili

 

  1. Heat pan and oil
  2. Add mushrooms, salt, chives, turmeric and chili
  3. Cook to your preferred taste

 

Note:

Mushrooms soak in the oil. You may find additional oil is required.
