2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt to taste

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 shallot, chopped

½ leek, chopped

Asparagus (15 of the small or 6 of the large) chopped

1 capsicum, chopped

1 bunch broccolini, chopped

½ large or 1 small Chinese cabbage/wombok, sliced

200 grams mushrooms diced

3 ½ tablespoons sesame oil

2½ tablespoons soy sauce


  • Heat pan with oil.
  • Add the salt, garlic, shallot, leek and sauté
  • Add capsicum and broccolini. Cook until slightly softened.
  • Add mushrooms and cabbage. Let sit on top of capsicum and asparagus for two – minutes. Mix ingredients well.
  • Add sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix well. Continue cooking until the vegetables are ready to your liking.
